  • Unlimited IR35 reviews from Bauer and Cottrell* – During your membership year you will be provided with unlimited IR35 contract reviews! Bauer will review all of your contracts entered into during the year (including any extensions), all associated documents and your working practices and discuss and negotiate appropriate changes on your behalf directly with your agency/end client and give you a pass or fail IR35 opinion in writing. For IR35 investigation cases they will defend your case from the new first stage all the way up to tribunal stage completely FREE of charge.
