Up, Close & Personal with Nicol Martinez Holloway...

Nicol started working for customer services at the age of 16, she loves finding new and convenient  ways to ensure customers get the best service possible! 

She gained all of her knowledge from a well known UK based airline and was promoted in her time there to do different projects, including Social Media Customer Support for the whole airline.  

Since joining Orange Genie in October 2014, Nicol has impressed us with her modern approach to communications. Nicol makes sure that we don’t stand still.   

Everyone loves working with Nicol due to her bubbly personality and infectious enthusiasm, keeping us all on our toes.

In her spare time, Nicol enjoys walking her two dogs. She also loves looking for new places to travel to, in the last three years she has visited various places, including Philippines, Dubai, Ghana, Portugal, Amsterdam and more!

Nicol was born in Spain and is half Spanish; she comes from the south of Spain, a small town on the edge of Alicante. Nicol flies out every year to visit her family.
