Up, Close & Personal with Marvin Tuckey.... 

Let’s get straight to it and say the most important thing you need to know about Marvin is that he loves Salted Caramel Ice Cream. Oh… and travelling, Cycling, Michelin starred food and jelly!

To be exact, Strawberry jelly is his favourite, with cream. Who doesn’t love that?
Marvin claims to not know a lot about sport and football is a bit of a mystery to him….. but he definitely has a fairly developed sense of humour, some pretty nifty dance moves and he knows how to tie a ‘dicky’ bow…skills!

On a more serious note - from what Marvin can see, recruitment in 2015 is essentially seen as a sales role and he gets why it is seen this way; but in the most part he likes to think it is more than that.

Having worked with in and around the recruitment industry for more than ten years, Marvin still very much sees recruitment as a VALUE ADD CONSULTANCY service to business. Hence, why he loves; and is passionate about working in such a dynamic, fast moving and valuable industry whereby some of the most interesting characters Marvin has met in his life, have decided to make it their career. Many of which he is pleased to call his friends.

Marvin never has the same day twice and believes this to be on account of the colourful people he meets each day; each of which deserve to stand proud and shout from the rooftops about the value they add to modern business today.
